Refund policy
At SHWEMODE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
1.1 To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
1.2 We offer a 48 hours return policy only in case of damaged products.
1.3 Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, supported by a clear unboxing video (mandatory).
2. Returns
2.1 Returns are accepted, and refunds are processed in the form of a coupon code of the same value, valid for future purchases.
2.2 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@shwemode.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
2.3 Once you receive your RA number, please securely package the item(s) you wish to return and include the RA number on the package.
2.4 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Exchanges
3.1 To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at [ support@shwemode.com ] to request an exchange authorization (EA) number.
3.2 Once you receive your EA number, please securely package the item(s) you wish to exchange and include the EA number on the package.
3.3 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs of the original item(s) being exchanged, unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
3.4 Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item(s) to you.
4. Exceptions
4.1 The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been altered, customized, or damaged by the customer
5. Refunds
5.1 Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
