Returns

• We offer a 48 hours return policy only in case of damaged products.
• Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, supported by a clear unboxing video (mandatory).
• Once approved, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused and with all tags intact.
• Returns are accepted, and refunds are processed in the form of a coupon code of the same value, valid for future purchases.

Exchanges

• To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@shwemode.com to request an exchange authorization (EA) number.
• Once you receive your EA number, please securely package the item(s) you wish to exchange and include the EA number on the package.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs of the original item(s) being exchanged, unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
• Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item(s) to you.

Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Once an order is confirmed and processing has begun, it cannot be cancelled.
• Cancellation requests raised after this stage will not be entertained under any circumstances.
